Meet the Leadership Team

Michael Mozeika III, CEO

CEO

Michael Mozeika III, CEO

With over 35 years in the business, Michael Mozeika III is the founder of Urethane Sciences, a company he built from the ground up. He's spent his entire career in the flexible-polyurethane industry, getting to know the ins and outs of foam technologies, supply-chain logistics, and specialized manufacturing. Michael combines an artist's creativity with a sharp, analytical mind for business, and he founded Urethane Sciences on the principles of innovation, precision, and quality. His passion for solving complex problems has earned him a reputation as a trusted partner for leading companies in the furniture, bedding, and automotive industries. At its core, the company is known for blending creative engineering with large-scale production, delivering custom solutions smoothly and efficiently.

But Michael's entrepreneurial spirit doesn't stop at manufacturing. In 2018, he and his wife, Lucia, channeled their shared passion for helping student-athletes by co-founding Asylum Sports Center. Asylum quickly became more than just a training facility—it grew into a safe, disciplined, and supportive community where young athletes and first responders come to build not only their skills but also their confidence, resilience, and mindset. It's a place where community, structure, and opportunity all come together.

His commitment to young athletes continued to inspire new projects. Noticing how much social media was changing the game for recruitment, Michael saw an opportunity to use it for good. In 2021, he launched Hi-Lyte Technologies, a platform that helps student-athletes showcase their talents, highlight their character, and connect directly with recruiters.

To deepen his community support even further, he established the Wall Knights Family Foundation, a nonprofit that funds youth athletics and enrichment programs. The foundation works to ensure all kids have the access, mentorship, and resources they need to thrive.

Whether he's developing advanced materials or mentoring the next generation, a common thread runs through all of Michael's work: hands-on leadership, a clear vision, and an incredible drive. He has a unique ability to see a need, build a solution, and grow it into something that lasts.

He lives by a simple mantra he calls CPA: Capacity, Process, and Attitude. For him, true success only happens when those three things are working in sync.
